Shipping and Returns Policy


Shipments are generally sent within 1-3 business days of receipt of payment and by default are shipped via India Postal Service. Wherever possible, shipping is scheduled so that your items are shipped in the next postal run after your order is received. Additional shipping methods may be made available, such as FedEx or UPS for orders weighing more than ten kilos or for express orders.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order, because we cannot always group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk to the address supplied by you on your order, but we will make every effort to pack and ship properly to avoid product damage in transit. If an item is damaged during shipment, and we consider we have received sufficient evidence that this is due to insufficient precautions on our part, or if an item received is not the item specified on the order form, we will either issue a refund or replace the item(s).

If you wish to report a damaged or incorrect shipment, please contact us by email within 30 days of purchase and describe your issue.

If you wish to return your item(s), please contact us by email within 30 days of purchase and describe your issue and request a return authorization confirmation. If we determine that your request for return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

To report a damaged parcel or contents for a refund, please provide a statement of damage along with photo(s) of the damaged parcel and its damaged content(s), so that we can verify the damage from transit. Failure to provide photographic evidence with your claim may result in a refund denial. This will help us and the insurance carrier to validate the claim. Photos can be emailed to us at: or to:

Though we make every effort to pack your contents carefully in suitable packaging, we cannot be responsible for damage or mishandling by postal transit carriers or during the opening and inspections of customs agencies in foreign countries. We strongly recommend adding parcel insurance on your parcels in case of damage or non-delivery.
